Service & Repairs

Bob Roy and Jack Stephens are the service technicians here at Blaine’s, and do all service work on site. They are authorized, factory trained technicians of Bernina, Babylock, Janome,  Elna, and Pfaff machines. This includes embroidery machines, and sergers, as well as sewing machines. Blaine’s also offers repair services on all brands of machines. After careful inspection of your machine, our service department will give you a free estimate of the cost it will take to get your machine running in top condition again.

We only ask a few things of you when bringing in equipment for our Service Department to inspect. This will make things easier for both you and us, and ensure your machine gets the best repair possible.

When you bring in your machine, be sure to include:

• Foot pedal and power cord
• Standard needle plate, bobbin case, bobbin and zig-zag foot
• Embroidery attachment and hoop (for embroidery machines) embroidery bobbin case (if applicable) and embroidery foot.
